Why do bigger tires make my car rev faster but the diameters is the same as old ones?
You must be referring to the rim size when you say "bigger tires".
Low profile tires have larger rim diameter, but same tire outer diameter (or height).
They make you rev faster because there is less tire inertia. You are also likely using expensive allow "spoke" design rims, which are much lighter than the cheaper variants, and allow you to gain acceleration faster because of a smaller overall mass.
